I was given a present of Microsoft Office Professional a few years ago. That laptop is now redundant and I have a shiny new one. I have tried to install my Office Professional by using the product key code. But it refuses to allow me to download.
When I was given the present I used it to load onto two other computers, both of which are to do microosft work and have different email addresses. I am now using Office for a one month trial, but would like to have installed my Professional.

But I am reluctant to uninstall the Office Pro from the old laptop in case it cannot be reinstalled on my new laptop. Can you guarantee that it will reinstall? If it doesn't then I not only don't have it on the old machine, but not on the new one either!
